2. 1 clove garlic, finely grated  -
3. 2 c. heavy cream -
4. 1 c. finely grated Parmesan (about 2 oz.) -
5. 1 tsp. kosher salt  -

How to cook deliciously - Homemade Alfredo Sauce

1. Stage

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Stir in cream and bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens slightly, about 10 minutes.

2. Stage

Remove pot from heat. Gradually add Parmesan, whisking constantly, until sauce is smooth and creamy. Whisk in salt.
