Ingredients for - Italian Frittata

1. 4 eggs -
2. 1 tbsp. fat-free milk -
3. 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves -
4. tsp. garlic powder -
5. tsp. salt -
6. tsp. Black pepper -
7. 1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper -
8. 1/4 c. chopped broccoli florets -
9. 4 oz. Morningstar Farms® Veggie Sausage Links (sliced) -
10. 1/4 c. canned sliced mushrooms -
11. 1/2 c. shredded fat-free Cheddar cheese or reduced-fat Cheddar cheese -

How to cook deliciously - Italian Frittata

1. Stage

In medium bowl whisk together eggs, milk, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

2. Stage

In small nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray cook bell pepper, broccoli, and Morningstar Farms® Veggie Sausage Links over medium heat until vegetables are tender. Remove from skillet. Set aside.

3. Stage

In same skillet cook egg mixture over medium-low heat until set. Top with vegetable mixture and mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese. Tightly cover. Let stand for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts.This recipe has been tested and endorsed by Kellogg and Morningstar Farms®.
