1. 1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef (90% lean) -
2. 1/2 cup chopped onion -
3. 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour -
4. 1 cup salsa -
5. 1/2 cup chili sauce -
6. 1 cup frozen corn -
7. 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles -
8. 2 tablespoons brown sugar -
9. 1 sheet refrigerated pie crust -
10. 1 large egg -
11. Orange paste food coloring -

How to cook deliciously - Jack-o’-Lantern Sloppy Joe Pie

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 450°. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. In a small bowl, combine flour, salsa and chili sauce until blended; stir into skillet. Add corn, chiles and brown sugar.

2. Stage

Transfer to a deep-dish 9-in. pie plate. Unroll crust; place over filling. With a sharp knife, cut out a face to resemble a jack-o'-lantern; flute edge. Beat egg and food coloring; brush over crust.

Bake until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly, 9-11 minutes.
