1. 1 pound ground beef -
2. 1/2 cup chopped onion -
3. 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) stewed tomatoes, cut up -
4. 1 large green pepper, chopped -
5. 1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice -
6. 1/2 cup water -
7. 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce -
8. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
9. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -
10. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese -

How to cook deliciously - Inside-Out Stuffed Peppers

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350°F. While the oven is preheating, cook the beef in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain thoroughly, then transfer the meat to a greased 2 quart casserole dish.

2. Stage

Next, chop the onion, green bell pepper and stewed tomatoes and add them to the beef. Add uncooked long-grain rice, water, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

After all the ingredients have been added to the casserole dish, cover and bake until the rice is tender for about one hour. Uncover and sprinkle with the shredded cheddar cheese. Cook until the cheese has melted (this should take an additional five minutes).
