1. 1/2 c. mayonnaise -
2. 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard -
3. 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar -
4. 1 small shallot, finely chopped -
5. 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced -
6. 1 tsp. dried oregano -
7. Kosher salt -
8. Freshly ground black pepper -
9. Pinch crushed red pepper flakes -
10. 3 c. shredded cooked chicken -
11. 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled -
12. 1 avocado, diced -
13. Butterhead lettuce, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Keto Chicken Salad

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, red wine vinegar, shallot, and celery. Season with oregano, salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
