2. Chopped dill pickles, or more to taste - 1 cup
3. Finely chopped sweet onion - ¼ cup
4. Pickle juice, or more to taste - 2 tablespoons
5. Dried dill weed - 1 teaspoon
6. Kosher salt - ½ teaspoon
7. Freshly ground black pepper, or to taste - 1 pinch

1. Stage

Stir cream cheese in a bowl with a wooden spoon until smooth. Stir in dill pickles, onion, pickle juice, dill weed, salt, and pepper until evenly distributed. Refrigerate before serving, at least 1 hour.
