1. Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
2. Uncooked medium shrimp - 12
3. Ditalini pasta - 1 cup
4. Mayonnaise - ¼ cup
5. Sour cream - ¼ cup
6. Frozen peas, thawed and drained - ¼ cup
7. Celery, thinly sliced on the diagonal - 1 stalk
8. Diced red onion - 2 tablespoons
9. Lemon juice - ½ tablespoon
10. Dried dill weed - 1 teaspoon
11. White sugar - 1 pinch
12. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch

1. Stage

Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp until they are bright pink on the outside and the meat is opaque, about 5 minutes. Immediately immerse shrimp in a bowl of cold water and let cool, at least 10 minutes.
