2. Uncooked medium shrimp 12
3. Ditalini pasta 1 cup
4. Mayonnaise ¼ cup
5. Sour cream ¼ cup
6. Frozen peas, thawed and drained ¼ cup
7. Celery, thinly sliced on the diagonal 1 stalk
8. Diced red onion 2 tablespoons
9. Lemon juice ½ tablespoon
10. Dried dill weed 1 teaspoon

1 . Stage

Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp until they are bright pink on the outside and the meat is opaque, about 5 minutes. Immediately immerse shrimp in a bowl of cold water and let cool, at least 10 minutes.
