1. Whole artichokes, top 1 inch and stems removed - 4 large
2. Fresh lemon juice - ¼ cup
3. Olive oil - ¼ cup
4. Garlic, cloves peeled and crushed - 4 cloves
5. Kosher salt - 4 cloves
