1. 5 tbsp. unsalted butter -
2. 1/2 c. hot sauce -
3. 10 oz. shredded rotisserie chicken (about 1 1/2 c.)  -
4. 1 stalk celery, finely chopped, plus 1 small handful celery leaves, finely chopped -
5. 3 oz. Treasure Cave® Crumbled Blue Cheese (about 1/2 cup) -
6. Kosher salt -
7. Freshly ground black pepper -
8. All-purpose flour, for rolling -
9. 2 (1-lb.) packages pizza dough, defrosted, left at room temperature 30 minutes -
10. Extra-virgin olive oil, for brushing -
11. 1/4 dried oregano  -
12. Flaky sea salt -
13. Warmed marinara sauce, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Buffalo Chicken Blue Cheese Pizza Twists

1. Stage

Arrange racks in upper and lower thirds of oven; preheat to 450°. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment.

In a small pot over medium heat, melt butter. Remove from heat and add hot sauce; whisk until fully combined. Transfer to a medium bowl. Add chicken, celery, celery leaves, and Treasure Cave® Crumbled Blue Cheese and stir to combine; season with kosher salt and pepper.

On a generously floured surface, roll and stretch each round of dough to a 12" square. If dough retracts and is difficult to stretch, cover with a kitchen towel and let rest 10 to 15 minutes.

Brush or drizzle dough with oil. Scrape chicken mixture onto 1 dough square. Spread nearly all the way to the edges. Place second square of dough on top, oiled side down. Using floured fingers, pinch all 4 sides to seal. Drizzle or brush top with more oil; sprinkle with oregano.

Using a pizza cutter, slice square into 10 strips. Working one at a time, transfer strips to prepared baking sheets, twisting from the center on pan to create a spiraled twist. Sprinkle twists with sea salt.

Bake twists, rotating sheets halfway through from front to back and top to bottom, until golden and crisp, 18 to 22 minutes.
