1. 2 tsp. lemon zest -
2. 1/2 c. sugar -
3. 1 lemon, thinly sliced, plus a wedge for rimming -
4. 1 bottle champagne -
5. 2 c. lemonade or pink lemonade -

How to cook deliciously - Lemonade Mimosas

1. Stage

In a shallow dish, mix lemon zest and sugar.

2. Stage

Rim champagne flutes with a lemon wedge and dip in sugar mixture.

3. Stage

Place one slice of lemon inside each champagne flute, bending if needed.

4. Stage

Fill flute halfway with champagne and top with lemonade. Serve.
