Ingredients for - Lidey's Chipotle Hummus

1. 3 (15.5 oz) cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed -
2. 1/3 c. tahini -
3. 6 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice (2 to 3 lemons) -
4. 6 tbsp. water -
5. 3 tbsp. diced chipotle peppers in adobo -
6. 3 tsp. adobo sauce from can -
7. 2 tsp. kosher salt -

How to cook deliciously - Lidey's Chipotle Hummus

1. Stage

Combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, water, chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, and salt in bowl of food processor fitted with steel blade. Process until smooth.

2. Stage

To toast pita bread: Cut rounds into small triangles and toast on sheet pan for 10 minutes in 375 degree F oven.
