1. 1 c. unsalted butter, softened to room temperature -
2. 4 sundried tomatoes, finely chopped -
3. 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan -
4. 2 tbsp. chopped basil -
5. 1 large garlic clove, minced -
6. 2 tsp. kosher salt -
7. Freshly ground black pepper -

How to cook deliciously - Tuscan Butter

1. Stage

In a large bowl using a hand mixer, mix butter until it has a whipped consistency. Combine all other ingredients in bowl and fold into butter. Transfer to a ramekin or small bowl and serve.
