How to cook deliciously - Baked Parmesan Salmon
1. Stage
Preheat oven to 450°. Line half sheet pan with parchment paper.

In a small bowl combine Parmesan, panko, parsley, garlic and 1 tablespoon oil.
3. Stage
Place salmon on parchment paper and drizzle with 1/2 teaspoon oil. Spread oil evenly all over using a spoon and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle Parmesan mixture all over salmon and pat down to crust the entire surface. Bake until golden brown, for about 10 minutes.
4. Stage
Garnish with parsley and thick lemon slices. Squeeze a bit of lemon on salmon and serve immediately.
