Ingredients for - Baked Parmesan Salmon

1. 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan
2. 1/4 c. panko bread crumbs
3. 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley, plus more for garnish
4. 2 cloves garlic, grated
5. 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil, divided
6. 2 lb. piece of salmon
7. Kosher salt
8. Freshly ground black pepper
9. 1 lemon

How to cook deliciously - Baked Parmesan Salmon

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 450°. Line half sheet pan with parchment paper.

2 . Stage

In a small bowl combine Parmesan, panko, parsley, garlic and 1 tablespoon oil.

3 . Stage

Place salmon on parchment paper and drizzle with 1/2 teaspoon oil. Spread oil evenly all over using a spoon and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle Parmesan mixture all over salmon and pat down to crust the entire surface. Bake until golden brown, for about 10 minutes.

4 . Stage

Garnish with parsley and thick lemon slices. Squeeze a bit of lemon on salmon and serve immediately.
