Ingredients for - Ginger-Glazed Salmon with Charred Broccoli

1. 1 large broccoli head, cut into 1/2"-thick steaks
2. Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
3. Kosher salt
4. Freshly ground black pepper
5. 2 tbsp. honey
6. Juice of 1 lemon
7. 1 clove garlic, grated
8. 1 piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated
9. 2 lb. salmon, cut into 4 pieces
10. 2 green onions, sliced

How to cook deliciously - Ginger-Glazed Salmon with Charred Broccoli

1 . Stage

Preheat large cast-iron grill pan. Toss broccoli with a drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and pepper, then set aside.

2 . Stage

Make glaze: In a small bowl, mix together honey, lemon juice, garlic and ginger.

3 . Stage

Grill broccoli until charred, about 2 minutes on each side.

4 . Stage

Rinse salmon and pat it dry. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Sear salmon on each side for 4 minutes. Brush glaze on salmon and remove from grill.

5 . Stage

Serve salmon with charred broccoli and additional sauce. Garnish with green onions.
