1. 1/4 c. marinara -
2. 1 tsp. dried oregano -
3. All-purpose flour, for rolling -
4. 1 Large ball pizza dough -
5. 8 oz. low-moisture mozzarella, sliced -
6. 8 oz. thinly sliced pepperoni -

How to cook deliciously - Pepperoni Pizza Pinwheels

1. Stage

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and place in oven. Preheat oven to 500°.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine marinara and oregano. Set aside.

3. Stage

Lightly flour work surface. Stretch and roll pizza dough into a rectangle, dusting dough with flour if needed. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over dough, leaving a 1" border along one long side. In an even layer, repeat with an even layer of mozzarella. Tightly roll along the long edge into a jelly roll shape, then remove excess flour with a dry pastry brush. Transfer to sheet pan seam-side down.

4. Stage

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes, then cut into 1/2" slices. Serve immediately.
