Ingredients for - Air Fryer Meatballs

1. 1 lb. ground beef -
2. 1/2 c. bread crumbs -
3. 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan -
4. 1/4 c. Freshly Chopped Parsley -
5. 1 large egg -
6. 2 cloves garlic, minced -
7. 1 tsp. dried oregano -
8. Kosher salt -
9. Freshly ground black pepper -
10. 3 oz. fresh mozzarella, cut into 16 cubes -
11. marinara, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Air Fryer Meatballs

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper. 

2. Stage

Scoop about 2 tablespoons of meat and flatten into a patty in your hand. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and pinch meat up around cheese and roll into a ball. Repeat with remaining meat to make 16 total meatballs. 

3. Stage

Working in batches as needed, place meatballs in basket of air fryer and cook at 370° for 12 minutes. 

4. Stage

Serve with warmed marinara.
