Ingredients for - Polenta Fries

1. 1 tube (18-oz.) prepared polenta -
2. 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil  -
3. Kosher salt -
4. Freshly ground black pepper -
5. 2 tbsp. shredded Parmesan, for serving -
6. Freshly chopped parsley, for garnish -
7. 1/4 c. mayonnaise -
8. 1/4 tsp. garlic powder -
9. 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice -
10. 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh parsley -
11. 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard -
12. 1/4 c. ketchup -

How to cook deliciously - Polenta Fries

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 450°. Cut polenta in half crosswise. Cut each half into ½-inch thick planks. Cut each plank into four ½-inch fries. 

2. Stage

Place polenta wedges on a rimmed baking sheet, drizzle with oil, and season with salt and pepper. Turn gently to coat with oil and arrange in a single layer.

Bake, turning halfway through, until golden and crisp, about 40 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, parsley and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. 

5. Stage

Transfer cooked fries to a serving platter. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley and serve with ketchup and garlic mayo.
