1. 4 boneless pork chops -
2. Kosher salt -
3. Freshly ground black pepper -
4. 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
5. 8 oz. baby bella mushrooms, sliced -
6. 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped -
7. 1/2 c. finely grated Parmesan -
8. 1/2 c. heavy cream -
9. 1 tsp. dried oregano -
10. Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes -
11. 3 c. packed baby spinach -

How to cook deliciously - Keto Pork Chops

1. Stage

Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add pork chops and cook, turning halfway through, until golden and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate; keep warm.

2. Stage

In same skillet over medium heat, cook mushrooms, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 1 minute more.

3. Stage

Add Parmesan, cream, oregano, and red pepper flakes; season with salt and black pepper. Bring sauce to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 3 minutes. Add spinach and cook, stirring, until wilted, about 2 minutes more.

4. Stage

Return pork chops to skillet and cook until warmed through, about 5 minutes.
