1. 1 c. sugar -
2. Pineapple wedge, for rimming glasses -
3. 1 c. pineapple juice -
4. 1/2 c. coconut rum -
5. 1 bottle prosecco -
6. Pineapple slices, for garnish -
7. Maraschino cherries, for garnish -

How to cook deliciously - Piña Colada Mimosas

1. Stage

In a small dish, pour sugar. Rim glasses with pineapple wedges then dip in sugar.

2. Stage

Pour 1/4 cup pineapple juice and 2 ounces coconut rum into each flute then top with prosecco.

3. Stage

Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry and serve.
