How to cook deliciously - Purple Penguin Brain Freeze

1. Stage

Combine the blueberries, yogurt, and sugar in the blender and blend like crazy. Really. Blend a whole lot—longer than it looks like you need to—or you'll get unpleasant, grainy bits of peel and seed in the finished pop.

2. Stage

Pour the mixture into the freezer molds, leaving at least 1⁄2 inch empty at the top because liquids expand when they freeze.

3. Stage

Freeze for 2 hours, or until solid. (It will all depend on how fast your freezer works.)

4. Stage

To unmold, fill the bowl or pot with the hot water, and dip the molds in it until you can wiggle the pops out by their handles. If you're using paper cups, just tear the paper away.
