Ingredients for - Rolo Truffles

1. 16 oz. Oreo cookie halves (without cream) -
2. 8 oz. caramel -
3. 2 tbsp. butter, softened -
4. 1/2 tsp. kosher salt  -
5. 2 tbsp. heavy cream  -
6. 24 Rolo chocolates, unwrapped -

How to cook deliciously - Rolo Truffles

1. Stage

Use a food processor to crush cookies into fine crumbs. Remove about ¾ cup crushed cookies to a small bowl. 

2. Stage

Add caramel, butter, and salt to food processor and pulse until evenly combined. Add cream and pulse until a dough forms.

3. Stage

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Working with 1 tablespoon of cookie mixture at a time, place a Rolo in the middle and wrap mixture around to form small balls. Roll ball in reserved crushed cookies and transfer to prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining mixture and Rolos.

4. Stage

Freeze until slightly hardened, about 30 minutes.
