2. 1 c. nonfat plain Greek yogurt -
3. 1 c. self-rising flour -
4. 1 egg white, beaten -
5. Toppings of choice, like everything bagel seasoning, poppy seeds, cinnamon-sugar -

How to cook deliciously - Two-Ingredient Bagels

1. Stage

Heat the oven to 375°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, stir together the yogurt and flour until it forms a dough.

2. Stage

Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead the dough until it comes together and isn’t as sticky. Pat the dough until a circle, then cut it into four equal parts.

3. Stage

Roll each 3/4-inch thick, then pinch the ends together. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and continue with the remaining dough.

Brush each bagel with egg wash, then sprinkle with toppings.

5. Stage

Bake for about 25 minutes, until cooked through.
