How to cook deliciously - Wedge Salad Dippers
1. Stage
Make dressing: In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, blue cheese, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Assemble dippers: Cut iceberg lettuce into small wedges and place on large serving platter. Drizzle dressing over each wedge then sprinkle bacon and chives on top.
