1. 3/4 c. mayonnaise -
2. 1/2 c. sour cream -
3. 1/4 c. whole milk -
4. 1/4 c. crumbled blue cheese, plus more for garnish -
5. 1 tbsp. lemon juice -
6. Dash Worcestershire sauce -
7. Kosher salt -
8. Freshly ground black pepper -
9. 1 head iceberg lettuce -
10. 4 slices bacon, chopped -
11. 1/4 c. finely chopped chives -

How to cook deliciously - Wedge Salad Dippers

1. Stage

Make dressing: In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, blue cheese, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 

2. Stage

Assemble dippers: Cut iceberg lettuce into small wedges and place on large serving platter. Drizzle dressing over each wedge then sprinkle bacon and chives on top. 

3. Stage

Serve with extra dressing for dipping.
