1. 3 cups old-fashioned oats -
2. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar -
3. 2 teaspoons baking powder -
4. 1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon -
5. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
6. 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg -
7. 2 large eggs -
8. 2 cups fat-free milk -
9. 1 medium apple, chopped -
10. 1/3 cup raisins -
11. 1/3 cup chopped walnuts -

How to cook deliciously - Apple-Raisin Baked Oatmeal

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Whisk eggs and milk; stir into dry ingredients until blended. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in apple, raisins and walnuts.

2. Stage

Transfer to a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Bake, uncovered, until edges are lightly browned and a thermometer reads 160°, 35-40 minutes. If desired, serve with additional milk.
