How to cook deliciously - Bacon Fried Apples
1. Stage
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Drain bacon slices on paper towels but reserve fat in the pan.
2. Stage
Add apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg to the skillet and toss to coat in bacon fat. Cook, stirring often, until the apples are tender and caramelized, 5 to 10 minuets. Squeeze lemon juice over apples and season to taste with salt.
3. Stage
Serve warm.
