11. 1/2 tsp. sweet or smoked paprika -
12. 1 tsp. kosher salt -

How to cook deliciously - Curry Powder

1. Stage

In a skillet, mix together all spices and place over low heat. Stirring constantly, toast until fragrant, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Transfer to a baking sheet immediately and let cool completely.
