Ingredients for - Bisquick Peach Cobbler

1. 10 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted, cooled, plus more, softened, for pan
2. 3 (15-oz.) cans sliced peaches
3. 2 c. (240 g.) Bisquick pancake mix
4. 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
5. 3/4 c. (150 g.) plus 2 tbsp. granulated sugar, divided
6. 1 1/2 c. whole milk
7. Ice cream, for serving

How to cook deliciously - Bisquick Peach Cobbler

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350° and grease a 13"x9" ceramic or glass baking dish with softened butter. Place peaches in a colander set over sink and let drain. 

2 . Stage

In a large bowl, whisk Bisquick, cinnamon, and 3/4 cup sugar. Add milk and melted butter and whisk until combined.

3 . Stage

Pour batter into prepared pan. Top with peaches. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons sugar.

4 . Stage

Bake cobbler until deeply golden brown on top and a tester inserted into the center comes out clean, 50 to 60 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes.

5 . Stage

Serve warm topped with ice cream.
