Ingredients for - Fruit and Honey Granola

1. 3 1/2 c. Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned) -
2. c. coarsely chopped pecans (optional) -
3. 1/2 c. honey -
4. 4 tbsp. margarine or butter -
5. 1 tsp. vanilla -
6. 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon -
7. tsp. Salt (optional) -
8. 1 package diced dried mixed fruit (about 1 1/3 cups) -

How to cook deliciously - Fruit and Honey Granola

1. Stage

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Stage

In large bowl, combine oats and pecans; mix well. Spread evenly in 15- by 10-inch jelly roll pan or on rimmed baking sheet. In small bowl, combine honey, margarine, vanilla, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Pour over oat mixture; mix well.

3. Stage

Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes. Stir in dried fruit. Cool completely. Store tightly covered up to 1 week.
