Ingredients for - Brandied Fruit Topping

1. Raisins ½ cup
2. Mandarin oranges ½ cup
3. Pitted prunes 1 cup
4. White sugar ¾ cup
5. Water to cover ¾ cup
6. Sliced peaches, chopped 1 (15 ounce) can
7. Pineapple chunks 1 (15 ounce) can
8. Brandy ¾ cup

How to cook deliciously - Brandied Fruit Topping

1 . Stage

In a large saucepan combine raisins, mandarin oranges, prunes, sugar and water to cover. Simmer over medium heat until syrupy, about 10 minutes.

2 . Stage

Stir in peaches, pineapple and brandy. Store in refrigerator.
