Ingredients for - Brandied Fruit Topping

1. Raisins - ½ cup
2. Mandarin oranges - ½ cup
3. Pitted prunes - 1 cup
4. White sugar - ¾ cup
5. Water to cover - ¾ cup
6. Sliced peaches, chopped - 1 (15 ounce) can
7. Pineapple chunks - 1 (15 ounce) can
8. Brandy - ¾ cup

How to cook deliciously - Brandied Fruit Topping

1. Stage

In a large saucepan combine raisins, mandarin oranges, prunes, sugar and water to cover. Simmer over medium heat until syrupy, about 10 minutes.

2. Stage

Stir in peaches, pineapple and brandy. Store in refrigerator.
