Ingredients for - Buffalo Pimento Cheese Dip

1. 1 (8-oz.) block cream cheese -
2. 1/2 c. mayonnaise -
3. 1/4 c. buffalo sauce -
4. 1 c. shredded cheddar -
5. 1 (4-oz.) jar pimentos, drained and chopped -
6. 1 green onion, thinly sliced, plus more for garnish -
7. 1/2 tsp. paprika -
8. Kosher salt -
9. Freshly ground black pepper -
10. Crackers, for serving  -

How to cook deliciously - Buffalo Pimento Cheese Dip

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and buffalo sauce until smooth. Add cheddar, pimentos, green onions, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper and stir to combine.

Garnish with more green onions and serve with crackers.
