Ingredients for - Buttermilk Pie

1. 1 premade or homemade pie crust -
2. 3 eggs -
3. 1 1/2 c. sugar -
4. 1/2 c. butter, melted and cooled -
5. 3 tbsp. flour -
6. 1 c. buttermilk -
7. 1 tbsp. lemon juice -
8. 1 tsp. vanilla -
9. 1 tsp. kosher salt -

How to cook deliciously - Buttermilk Pie

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 400°. Place pie crust in a 9" baking dish. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar until fully combined. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until all are fully incorporated. Pour into pie crust.

2. Stage

Place in oven and bake 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and bake until slightly golden and barely jiggly, 40 minutes more.
