1. Skinless, boneless chicken breast meat - cubed - 1 pound
2. Onions, diced - 2
3. Sliced fresh mushrooms - 1 (8 ounce) package
4. Yellow bell pepper, seeded and sliced into strips - 1
5. Red bell pepper, seeded and sliced into strips - 1
6. Garlic, sliced - 4 cloves
7. Potatoes, cubed - 4 small
8. Olive oil - ¼ cup
9. Lemon, juiced - 1

Build a campfire and allow the fire to burn until it has accumulated a bed of coals. Rake the coals into a flat bed on one side of the fire.
