7. 1 can tomato sauce -
8. 3 c. cooked white rice -
9. 1 c. shredded cheddar, divided -
10. 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack, divided -
11. 1/4 c. sour cream -
12. 1/4 c. green onions, thinly sliced -

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 375°. In a large oven-proof skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Sauté the onion, stirring occasionally, until softened.
