Ingredients for - Chicken Veggie Skewers

1. 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
2. 1/2 tsp. garlic powder -
3. 1 tsp. Italian seasoning -
4. Kosher salt -
5. 2 Freshly ground black pepper -
6. 1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped into bite-sized pieces -
7. 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped into bite-sized pieces -
8. 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped into bite-sized pieces -
9. 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces -
10. Bamboo skewers -

How to cook deliciously - Chicken Veggie Skewers

1. Stage

Cook Stouffer's Macaroni & Cheese according to packaging instructions. 

2. Stage

In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add bell peppers and chicken and, using tongs, toss until coated.

3. Stage

Thread chicken and bell peppers onto skewers.

4. Stage

Heat a large grill pan over medium heat. Add skewers to grill pan and cook until chicken is cooked through and peppers are tender, 4 minutes per side. Remove from pan. 

5. Stage

Plate skewers and serve with Stouffer's Macaroni & Cheese.
