Ingredients for - Rosemary Parm Brussels Sprouts

1. 1 c. freshly grated Parmesan -
2. 1 tbsp. McCormick® rosemary leaves -
3. 1/2 tsp. garlic powder -
4. 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes  -
5. 2 lb. brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved -
6. 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil -
7. Kosher salt -
8. Freshly ground black pepper -
9. 2 tbsp. honey, for drizzling -

How to cook deliciously - Rosemary Parm Brussels Sprouts

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 425° with racks in the upper and lower thirds. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan, rosemary, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. 

2. Stage

In a large bowl, toss brussels sprouts with oil and season with salt and pepper. Arrange in an even layer on two baking sheets.

3. Stage

Bake until crisp and golden, tossing halfway through, about 24 minutes. 

4. Stage

Combine brussels onto one tray. Toss brussels with Parmesan mixture, then return to oven for 2 minutes to slightly melt Parmesan. 

5. Stage

Drizzle with honey before serving.
