1. 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped -
2. 1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour -
3. 1 cup packed brown sugar -
4. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
5. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda -
6. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon -
7. 2 large eggs -
8. 1/2 cup 2% milk -
9. 1/4 cup canola oil -
10. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract -
11. 1/4 cup chopped pecans -
12. 4 scoops vanilla ice cream -
13. 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted -
14. Hot caramel and/or fudge ice cream toppings -

How to cook deliciously - Chocolate Brownie Waffle Sundaes

1. Stage

In a microwave, melt chocolate; stir until smooth. Cool slightly.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients until smooth. Stir in pecans and melted chocolate (batter will be thick).

3. Stage

Bake in a preheated waffle maker according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown. Serve with ice cream, toasted pecans and ice cream toppings.
