Ingredients for - Churro Nachos

1. 4 medium-sized flour tortillas -
2. 1/4 c. butter, melted -
3. 1/4 c. sugar -
4. 2 tbsp. cinnamon -
5. 1 c. heavy cream -
6. 2 tbsp. sugar -
7. 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract -
8. 1 c. strawberries, chopped -
9. 1 13-16 oz jar dulce de leche -

How to cook deliciously - Churro Nachos

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Stage

Cut tortillas into quarters. Then cut the quarters in half to make smaller slices. Place the tortilla wedges on a foil-lined baking sheet.

3. Stage

Mix together the cinnamon sugar until evenly combined.

4. Stage

Brush the tortillas with melted butter. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on top.

5. Stage

Bake for 20 minutes, until the cinnamon-sugar is melted and the chips are nice and crispy.

6. Stage

Meanwhile make the whipped cream. Combine the heavy cream with the sugar and vanilla extract and beat until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

7. Stage

Load the cinnamon-sugar onto a plate. Dollop whipped cream on top. Drizzle with dulce de leche and sprinkle the chopped strawberries on top.
