1. 2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) reduced-sodium chicken broth -
2. 1 jar (16 ounces) chunky salsa -
3. 1 can (15 ounces) hominy, rinsed and drained -
4. 2 teaspoons chipotle hot pepper sauce -
5. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin -
6. 2 cups cubed cooked turkey breast -
7. 1/4 cup sour cream -
8. 1/3 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese -
9. 1/3 cup minced fresh cilantro -
10. 1/3 cup crushed blue tortilla chips -
11. 1/4 cup shredded red or green cabbage -

How to cook deliciously - Turkey Posole

1. Stage

In a large saucepan, combine the first 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Stir in turkey; heat through. Top servings with sour cream, cheese, cilantro, tortilla chips and cabbage.
