1. Ice cubes 4 cups
2. Limes, rind removed 2 ½
3. Sweetened cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez) 7 fluid ounces
4. White rum (such as Bacardi) 2 ½ (1.5 fluid ounce) jiggers
5. Fresh mint leaves 5 sprigs
6. Mint sprigs, for garnish 2
7. Lime wedges, for garnish 2

Blend together ice, limes, cream of coconut, rum, and mint leaves in a blender until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish each with a mint sprig and lime wedge.
