Ingredients for - Rosemary Stinger Cocktail

1. Water - 2 cups
2. White sugar - 1 cup
3. Fresh rosemary, chopped - 1 bunch
4. Ice cubes - 1 bunch
5. Bourbon - 3 fluid ounces
6. Orange liqueur - 1 ½ fluid ounces
7. Amaro liqueur (such as Fernet Branca®) - 1 ½ fluid ounces
8. Lemon, juiced - ½
9. Aromatic bitters (such as Angostura®) - 2 dashes
10. Fresh rosemary - 2 sprigs
11. Orange peel strips - 2

How to cook deliciously - Rosemary Stinger Cocktail

1. Stage

Combine water, sugar, and rosemary in a microwave-safe glass jar. Microwave and bring to a boil, about 2 minutes, watching carefully to ensure it doesn't boil over.

2. Stage

Allow to sit for 10 minutes; bring to a boil again. Let syrup sit until cooled, 15 to 20 minutes. Strain out the spent rosemary.

3. Stage

Measure 3 fluid ounces of rosemary simple syrup, ice, bourbon, orange liqueur, amaro liqueur, and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker and mix. Pour into glasses, add bitters to each, and top with a sprig of rosemary and an orange peel strip.
