1. 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened -
2. 1 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese -
3. 1 cup dried cranberries -
4. 2 tablespoons each finely chopped onion, celery, green pepper and sweet red pepper -
5. 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce -
6. 3/4 cup chopped pecans -
7. Assorted crackers -

How to cook deliciously - Cranberry Cheese Ball

1. Stage

In a small bowl, combine the cheeses. Stir in the cranberries, vegetables and pepper sauce.

2. Stage

Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic.

3. Stage

Refrigerate your cranberry cheese ball for one hour or until it's firm.

4. Stage

Roll the cheese ball in the pecans. Serve it with crackers, toast or another dipping vehicle.
