2. 1 c. granulated sugar -
3. 1 1/2 c. pumpkin puree -
4. 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract -
5. 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour* -
6. 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice -
7. Pinch kosher salt -
8. 1 c. mini chocolate chips -

How to cook deliciously - Edible Pumpkin Cookie Dough

1. Stage

In a large bowl using a hand mixer, cream together butter and sugar until smooth and fluffy. Add pumpkin and vanilla and mix until smooth.

2. Stage

Add flour and pumpkin pie spice, and season with a pinch of kosher salt. Mix until smooth.

3. Stage

Fold in chocolate chips and place in a bowl for serving.
