1. 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour -
2. 1/2 c. granulated sugar -
3. 1 tsp. baking powder -
4. 1/2 tsp. baking soda -
5. 1/2 tsp. kosher salt -
6. 2 large eggs -
7. 1 c. mashed bananas -
8. 1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted -
9. 1 (3.4-oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix -
10. 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract -
11. 3 c. Nilla Wafers, divided -

How to cook deliciously - Banana Pudding Banana Bread

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

2. Stage

In another medium bowl, mix eggs, bananas, butter, pudding mix, and vanilla until combined. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture until just combined.

3. Stage

Line bottom of a (9" x 5") loaf pan with cookies. Pour one-third of batter on top of cookies, then cover batter with another layer of cookies. Pour another one-third batter on top, then add another layer of cookies. Top with remaining batter. Crush remaining cookies over.

4. Stage

Bake bread until golden brown and a tester inserted into the center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes in pan, then remove from pan and let cool completely.
