Ingredients for - German Potato Salad with Chopped Ham

1. Red potatoes, peeled and cubed (such as Black Gold Farms) 3 pounds
2. Neutral cooking oil 1 tablespoon
3. Farmland® Sliced Ham, cut into strips about 1/2-inch wide 1 (16 ounce) package
4. Diced white onion 1 cup
5. White vinegar ½ cup
6. Dijon mustard ½ cup
7. White sugar ¼ cup
8. Minced fresh chives ¼ cup
9. Salt and pepper, to taste ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - German Potato Salad with Chopped Ham

1 . Stage

Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until just tender, about 20 minutes.

2 . Stage

While potatoes are cooking, heat pan over medium heat and add oil. When oil is hot, add sliced ham and cook until lightly browned with crispy, golden edges, about 5 minutes.

3 . Stage

Drain potatoes and allow to cool slightly. While still warm, gently mix potatoes in large bowl with all other ingredients. Taste for seasoning.
