How to cook deliciously - Gingerbread Blondies
1. Stage
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease an 8"-x-8" pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper.
2. Stage
Whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and molasses. Add eggs and whisk until thoroughly combined, about 4 minutes. Mix in salt and vanilla.
3. Stage
Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg over egg mixture and fold to combine.
4. Stage
Transfer batter to prepared pan and bake until just set, 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool.
5. Stage
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
