6. Shredded zucchini - 2 cups
7. Soy milk - 1 cup
8. Eggs, beaten - 2
9. Water - ½ cup
10. Vegetable oil - ¼ cup
11. Honey - ¼ cup
12. Cooking spray - ¼ cup

Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer instructions.
