Ingredients for - Skinny Pineapple Cheesecake Bars
1. 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs -
3. 6 oz. brick-style light cream cheese, softened to room temperature -
4. 3/4 c. plain nonfat Greek yogurt, at room temperature -
5. 2 large eggs, plus 1 large egg yolk -
7. 1/3 c. pineapple juice -
9. Pineapple and cherries (optional) -
How to cook deliciously - Skinny Pineapple Cheesecake Bars
1. Stage
Preheat oven to 300°. Line the bottom and sides of an 9"-x-9" baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment, leaving an overhang on all sides to easily lift the bars out of the pan before cutting. Set aside.
2. Stage
Once chilled, lift the foil out of the pan using the overhang on the sides and cut into squares. Garnish with pineapple and cherries and store in the refrigerator.
