1. 2 tbsp. butter -
2. 1 3/4 lb. baby carrots -
3. 2 tsp. finely grated orange rind -
4. 1/4 c. orange juice -
5. 2 tbsp. dry white wine -
6. 2 tbsp. maple syrup -
7. 1/2 c. coarsely chopped roasted hazelnuts -

How to cook deliciously - Glazed Carrots with Hazelnuts

1. Stage

Melt butter in large frying pan; cook carrots, turning occasionally, until almost tender.

2. Stage

Add rind, juice, wine, and syrup; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until liquid has almost evaporated and carrots are tender and caramelized.

3. Stage

Serve carrots sprinkled with nuts.
