2. Comice pears - peeled, cored, and cubed 1 ½ pounds
3. Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
4. Cornstarch 2 tablespoons
5. White rice flour ¼ cup
6. Brown rice flour ¼ cup
7. Buckwheat flour ¼ cup
8. Flaxseed meal 2 tablespoons
9. Packed brown sugar ⅛ cup
10. Baking powder ½ teaspoon
11. Cold milk, divided ¼ cup

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cube 1 tablespoon of butter and place in an 8-inch round baking dish.

Place pears in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice and toss to coat. Sprinkle cornstarch over pears and toss to coat. Set aside.
