1. Hot black tea - 4 cups
2. Boiling water - 4 cups
3. Raw sugar, or more to taste - 4 tablespoons
4. Apple - peeled, cored and quartered - 1 large

1. Stage

Pour tea into large wide-rimmed cups or 1-pint soup bowls, filling them about half full. Dilute with freshly boiled water to a golden color; add 1 tablespoon sugar per cup.

Place an apple quarter in each cup. Stir and serve immediately.
